About the company
NES (Neft Expert Service) company was established by a group of friends consisting of experienced surveyors and cargo superintendents who had been in this business for many years as well as marine staff who had graduated from Faculty of Water transport and navigation operation and Marine Engineering Faculty.
Our company offers worldwide support to shipowners, charterers and all other companies which require our marine service.

Loss Control Services
As the commercial impact of losses are very high, it is important to monitor accurately any variation in the quantity of petroleum products as they move through the supply chain to avert commercial losses thru good practice being enforced at all stages of custody transfer.
Bunker Survey
A bunker quantity survey (BQS) On-hire and off-hire survey :
